ISO CERTIFICATION

Victory is an International Standard Organization (ISO) 9001:2000 certified company. Our quality control system is geared toward the requirements of customer related activities according to the standards set forth by the ISO, including:

Document Control - To ensure that documents are issued in the correct versions (including software) needed to perform the task, including the deletion of obsolete documents.
Purchasing - To identify preferred suppliers and provide them with the correct purchase information.
Training - To identify training needs and maintain accurate records of who has been trained in each area.
Contract Review - To ensure that the customer's obligations and needs are satisfied.
Corrective Action - To prevent errors from recurring and to process customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
