OE STANDARD
TESTING EQUIPMENT
Since
its inception in 1966, Victory has consistently
maintained a very high level of quality in its
alternator products, resulting in its current
fault rate of less than 0.2%. This extremely low
fault rate is due in part to a commitment from
management to invest heavily in the very best
advanced testing equipment to ensure our products
remain high quality. Unlike many of its competitors,
every new model produced by Victory passes through
stringent environmental testing procedures. Victory
uses only advanced testing equipment that is designed
for OE standard quality assurance, including the
following:
Victory also conducts computerized,
end of line testing on every unit which leaves its facility. Victory designed
and manufactured its own internal computer testing equipment to test all performance
aspects, including maximum output under full load, voltage regulator set point,
leakage current tested @ 12 volts, ripple current @ 2500 RPM, lamp terminal output
voltage, performance curve and all other key information. Victory can also add
customer specification requirements to its computer system for additional testing.

 | In
an effort to harmonize its internal testing procedures with the market, Victory
also utilizes a D&V Tester. Therefore, Victory is able to check any customer inquiries
regarding performance with the standard testing machine accepted in the alternator
industry. | |
